Members pay a monthly fee of $55.00 Members receive 40 minutes of chair massage therapy per month Professional massage therapists provided by TimeOut Massage Therapy Flexible Terms You may use your allotted time each month in any combination you would like (sessions must be at least 10 minutes long) By becoming a member you are agreeing to a minimum 3 month commitment. Your credit card will billed on the 1st day of each month. CarryOver You CAN carry over the balance of the previous month with your balance of time not to exceed 80 minutes of time in any given month.  Anytime in excess of 80 minutes will be forfeited.   You can request a balance check by filling out this form. Cancellation Policy Membership Cancellation   You can cancel your membership at anytime after an initial 3 month commitment. You must give us 30 days notice via email or by U.S Mail. Appointment Cancellation All cancellations must be made at least TWO hours in advance of the scheduled time Any client who does not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged a minimum of $25.00 up to the full amount of the session missed.  Your credit card will be automatically billed and you will receive notice of the amount charged to your card. Scheduling All member appointments must be scheduled online at least TWO hours in advance. Member Discounts Members will receive discounts off of our normal rate  for all subsequent sessions after the monthly allotted time is used up.  The prices are listed above. Non-Transferrable Your member minutes and any other benefit that you receive may not be used by any other person.
